个性化护理对上消化道出血患者焦虑情绪及护理满意率的效果

摘　　要：目的 探究个性化护理对上消化道出血(UGIB)患者护理满意率及焦虑情绪的效果。方法 本研究共选取我院2021年1月至2023年12月收治的50例UGIB患者,根据奇偶诊号随机分为两组,每组25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化护理。比较两组焦虑情绪、疼痛症状、生活质量等评分变化及满意率。结果 相较于干预前,干预后两组患者的焦虑情绪、疼痛症状等评分均降低,且观察组的两项评分均更低(P<0.05)。相较于干预前,干预后两组的生活质量各指数评分均提高,且观察组的各指数评分均更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论 对UGIB患者实施个性化护理,既能对其焦虑情绪予以积极调节和改善,也可对机体疼痛予以显著缓解,且可提升患者的生活质量,所以患者对该护理的满意率普遍较高,可推广借鉴。Objective To explore the influence of personalized nursing on the nursing satisfaction rate and anxiety level of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).Methods A total of 50 UGIB patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the odd or even consultation numbers,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received personalized nursing care.The scores of anxiety level,pain symptoms,quality of life and other aspects,as well as the satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before the intervention,the scores of anxiety level and pain symptoms of the patients in both groups decreased after the intervention,and the scores of the two aspects in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with before the intervention,the scores of each index of quality of life in both groups increased after the intervention,and the scores of each index in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing personalized nursing for UGIB patients can not only actively regulate and improve their anxiety level,but also significantly relieve the physical pain and improve the patients'quality of life.Therefore,the patients'satisfaction rate with this kind of nursing is generally high,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
