品管圈管理对术中巡回护士外出率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈管理模式对术中巡回护士外出率的影响。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年3月在江苏省睢宁县中医院手术室工作的14例巡回护士为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组7例。对照组巡回护士行常规护理模式;观察组巡回护士行品管圈管理模式,分析比较两组巡回护士的外出率、护理质量评分及满意度。结果 观察组巡回护士外出率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈管理模式可综合提升工作效率和专注度,及时促进团队协作和沟通效率,帮助巡回护士提升专业知识和技能,保障患者的自身安全与身体健康,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of the quality control circle management model on the outgoing rate of circulating nurses during surgery.Methods 14 circulating nurses working in the operating room of Suining County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangsu Province from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of random assignment,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 7 cases in each group.The circulating nurses in the control group adopted the routine nursing model;The circulating nurses in the observation group adopted the quality control circle management model.The outgoing rates,nursing quality scores,and satisfaction degrees of the two groups of circulating nurses were analyzed and compared.Results The outgoing rate of the circulating nurses in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were all statistically significant.Conclusion The quality control circle management model can comprehensively improve work efficiency and concentration,promptly promote teamwork and communication efficiency,help circulating nurses improve professional knowledge and skills,and ensure the safety and health of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
