摘  要:目的 探讨冠心病心力衰竭患者采取冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗的效果。方法 选取新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院在2022年6月至2023年6月收治的140例冠心病心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为两组,每组70例。给予对照组常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加以冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗,对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果 和对照组相比,研究组患者的治疗总有效率更高,治疗后的心功能指标更优,治疗后的明尼苏达心衰生活质量问卷表(MLHFQ)评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病心力衰竭患者采取冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗的效果显著,可有效改善患者的心功能和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in treating patients with coronary heart failure.Methods A total of 140 patients with coronary heart failure treated by the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment,and the research group was treated with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of the control group.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher,the cardiac function index after treatment was better,and the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score after treatment was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide is effective in patients with coronary heart failure,which can effectively improve the heart function and quality of life of patients.
