摘　　要：目的 探讨责任分组管理联合手供一体化模式在手术室器械管理中的应用效果。方法 选取常州市第二人民医院2023年1月—2023年12月期间进行的80台手术中所用器械作为研究对象。其中2023年1月—2023年6月期间进行的40台手术采用常规器械管理模式,设为对照组;2023年7月—2023年12月期间进行的40台手术采用责任分组管理联合手供一体化模式,设为观察组。比较两组手术室器械管理质量、器械准备差错率、器械遗失率、转接顺利率及医护人员满意度。结果 观察组手术室器械管理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械遗失率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),转接顺利率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医护人员满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 责任分组管理联合手供一体化模式在手术室器械管理中的应用效果显著,可有效提高手术室器械管理质量,降低器械遗失率,提高器械转接顺利率和医护人员满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of the responsibility group management combined with the integrated management of operating room and supply room in the management of operation instruments.Methods The instruments used in 80 surgeries performed in Changzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,40 surgeries performed between January 2023 and June 2023 were applied with conventional instrument management mode and set as the control group.The 40 surgeries performed between July 2023 and December 2023 were designated as the observation group,using the mode of combining responsibility group management with the integrated management of operating room and supply room.The quality of instrument management,instrument preparation error,instrument loss rate,smooth transfer rate and medical staff satisfaction in the operating room were compared between the two groups.Results The quality score of instrument management in the operating room in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The device loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the smooth transfer rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the mode of responsibility group management combined with the integrated management of operating room and supply room in the operation instrument management is remarkable,which can effectively improve the quality of instrument management in the operating room,reduce the loss rate of instrument preparation,improve the smooth transfer rate of instruments and the satisfaction of medical staff,and is worthy of popularization and application.
