近年来清代民国土地典交易研究述评

摘　　要：土地问题是史学研究的重点,也是理解中国历史的一个关键。典地交易作为其中一个子话题,相关学术研究在21世纪呈活跃之态。本文通过回顾21世纪以来有关清至民国时期土地典交易的海内外学术成果,展现该领域研究的主要进展,以及相关研究的若干不足。最后一部分讨论了研究走向深化须注意的几个方面:在充分重视区域多样性与差异的基础上形成整体史的关怀;在重视市场逻辑的同时,突破形式经济学的束缚,从经验事实出发,不可忽视国家制度等非经济因素对土地交易的影响。The issue of land is a focus of historical research and a key factor in understanding Chinese history.As one of the sub-topics,the academic research on land dian sale has been active in this century.This article reviews the domestic and overseas academic achievements since this century,showing the main progress of research in this field as well as several deficiencies.The last part discusses several main aspects to be noticed in the deepening of research in this area:form the perspective of holistic history care on the basis of full attention to regional diversity and differences,while paying attention to market logic,we should break through the shackles of formal economics and start from empirical facts,the impact of non economic factors such as national systems on land transactions cannot be ignored.
