百余年来中国经济史研究中“资本”概念的借用及话语方式探析——以山西票号为例

摘　　要：尽管“资本”一词已成为百余年来中国经济史学界惯用的概念,但这个概念有诸多含义,学者们在不同论域中也存在大量模糊混用现象,这给学术研究尤其是传统时期的经济史研究带来了诸多困惑。因此,从概念史和学术史视角对“资本”概念的缘起、流变及其在中国经济史学中的运用进行梳理和分析十分必要。本文以百余年来山西票号研究中“资本”概念的渊源和借用现象为例,探讨不同时期的票号研究之路径差异,并试图从近年来大量涌现的票号原始文献中归纳与“资本”问题相关的原始词汇,在比对和界定中检视山西票号乃至中国经济史研究的话语方式问题。Although the term‘capital’has become a common concept in the field of Chinese economic history in recent years,this concept has many meanings.Scholars also have a lot of vague confusion in different fields,which brings many confusions to academic research,especially in the study of economic history in the traditional period.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out and analyze the origin,evolution and application of the concept of‘capital’in Chinese economic history from the perspective of conceptual history and academic history.This paper takes the origin and borrowing of the concept of‘capital’in the study of Shanxi Piaohao as an example to explore the path differences of Piaohao research in different periods,and tries to summarize the original vocabulary related to the problem of‘capital’from the original literature of Piaohao in recent years,and examine the discourse mode of Shanxi Piaohao and even China's economic history research in comparison and definition.
