摘 要:为了提高LF炉深脱硫效率,通过工业试验,优化了LF炉精炼深脱硫造渣时机。当钢水温度升高至1560℃以上开始加入石灰,加入一定量的精炼剂替代萤石,以快速形成CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)渣系。LF精炼工艺优化后,精炼渣成分CaO/Al_(2)O_(3)的比值由2.5降低至2.0,提高了LF精炼渣的流动性,脱硫效率提高20%以上,同时石灰加入量减少30%以上,连铸浇铸完后钢水罐表面结壳的发生率降低幅度为86.67%,同时减少了萤石对钢水罐的侵蚀,减少了对环境的污染。In order to improve the deep desulfurization efficiency of the LF furnace,the timing of refining deep desulfurization slag formation in the LF furnace was optimized through industrial experiments.When the temperature of the molten steel increased to above 1560℃,lime was added and a certain amount of refining agent was added to replace fluorite,rapidly forming a CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) slag system.The CaO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the refining slag decreased from_(2).5 to2.0,which can improve the fluidity of the LF refining slag,increase the desulfurization efficiency of the LF refining by more than_(2)0%,and reduce the amount of lime added by more than_(3)0%.After continuous casting,the occurrence rate of crust on the surface of the steel water tank decreased by 86.67%.Reduce the erosion of fluorite on steel water tanks and minimize environmental pollution.
