摘 要:“渔光互补”是光伏发电的重要形式之一,为了保证所使用的光伏支架环保无污染,便于在较为简易的施工平台上安装,支架的轻量化势在必行。宝钢通过采用高强免涂装耐候钢代替常规碳钢镀锌后制备光伏支架,利用耐候钢的基体自防腐能力来替代常规支架的镀层防腐,提升原材料的强度来减少支架用钢量。最终实现降低支架成本10%,大幅减少碳排放,且与自然环境融为一体。该新型支架的应用,不仅增强了光伏发电项目可持续发展的动力,也为类似场景结构支撑件的原材料选择提供了新的方案。Fishery photovoltaic complementarity is one of the important forms of photovoltaic power generation.In order to ensure that the photovoltaic brackets used are environmentally friendly and pollution-free,and to facilitate installation on relatively simple construction platforms,lightweighting of the brackets is imperative.Baosteel uses high-strength uncoated weather resistant steel instead of conventional carbon steel galvanized to prepare photovoltaic brackets.By utilizing the self corrosion resistance of the weather resistant steel substrate to replace the coating corrosion resistance of conventional brackets,the strength of raw materials is improved to reduce the amount of steel used in brackets.The ultimate goal is to reduce bracket costs by 10%,significantly reduce carbon emissions,and integrate with the natural environment.The application of this new bracket not only enhances the driving force for sustainable development of photovoltaic power generation projects,but also provides a new solution for the selection of raw materials for structural support components in similar scenarios.
