摘 要:目的]制备一种新型羧甲基纤维素(CMC)/丙烯酸酯无氟防油剂,将其应用于食品包装中。[方法]以CMC、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为原料,通过单因素试验优化防油剂的制备工艺,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、纳米粒度及Zeta电位分析仪、扫描电镜(SEM)分析防油剂的化学结构、粒径、电荷和成膜性能。采用动态油接触角和防油等级来评价食品包装纸的防油性能。[结果]在最优工艺(m_(MMA)∶m_(BA)=4∶6、APS用量为2.5%、SDS用量为10.0%、CMC用量为8.0%、MAA用量为4.0%)下,防油剂平均粒径为66.64 nm、Zeta电位为-21.91 m V,具有良好的成膜性能。当涂布量为6.0 g/m^(2)时,制备的食品包装纸的防油等级可达最高(12.0级),食品包装纸具有良好的可回收性能,纤维回收率可达94.7%。[结论]CMC/丙烯酸酯防油剂是一种防油性能良好的无氟防油剂,在食品包装纸中有广阔的应用前景。[Objective]To prepare a novel carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)/acrylate fluorine-free oil-proof agent and apply it to food packaging.[Methods]The preparation process of the oil-proof agent,which includes CMC,methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),and methacrylic acid(MAA)as raw materials,is optimized through single factor experiments.The chemical structure,particle size,Zeta potential,and film-forming properties of the oil-proof agent are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),nanoparticle and Zeta potential analyzer,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The oil-proof performance of food packaging paper is evaluated according to dynamic oil contact angles and oil-proof grades.[Results]Under the optimum conditions(m_(MMA):m_(BA)=4:6,APS dosage of 2.5%,SDS dosage of 10.0%,CMC dosage of 8.0%,and MAA dosage of 4%),the oil-proof agent exhibits an average particle size of 66.64 nm and a Zeta potential of−21.91 mV,demonstrating excellent film-forming properties.When the coating weight is 6.0 g/m^(2),the prepared food packaging paper achieves the highest oil-proof grade(12.0 grade),and possesses good recyclability,with a fiber recovery rate of 94.7%.[Conclusion]CMC/acrylate oil-proof agent has good oil-proof performance without fluorine,demonstrating broad application prospects in food packaging paper.
