摘 要:利用螺杆挤压机和板框压滤机分别对尾菜预处理浆料及水解液进行两级固液分离试验研究。试验结果表明:预处理浆料及水解液经两级固液分离产生的液相,其COD浓度分别为16 263 mg/L和15 713 mg/L,氨氮浓度分别为265 mg/L和489 mg/L,总氮浓度分别为358 mg/L和558 mg/L,SS浓度均在2 000 mg/L以内,可大幅降低后续水处理设施的投资及运行成本。经两级固液分离产生的固渣含水率均在80%以下,VS/TS含量均在70%以上,后续可通过好氧堆肥进行处置。Using screw extruder and plate and frame filter press,two-stage solid-liquid separation experiments were conducted on the pulp from waste vegetable pretreatment system and hydrolyzed solution.The results showed that in the solution from the two-stage solid-liquid separation of the pulp from waste vegetable pretreatment system and hydrolyzed solution,the concentrations of COD were 16263 mg/L and 15713 mg/L,the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen were 265 mg/L and 489 mg/L,the concentrations of total nitrogen were 358 mg/L and 558 mg/L and the concentrations of SS were below 2000 mg/L.It could greatly reduce the investment and operation cost of subsequent water treatment facilities.The moisture contents were below 80%and the VS/TS were over 70%about the solids produced by the two-stage solid-liquid separation system,and then it could be disposed of through aerobic composting.
