餐厨垃圾不同处置方式碳排放估算对比研究

摘  要:为明确餐厨垃圾不同处置方式的碳排放情况,采用生命周期评价方法,以处理100 t餐厨垃圾为例,结合江苏省句容市餐厨垃圾处理厂实地调研数据,对比分析了餐厨垃圾预处理后焚烧、预处理后饲料化以及预处理后好氧堆肥3种处置方式的碳排放量。结果表明:焚烧工艺的碳排放量显著高于饲料化工艺和好氧堆肥工艺,其主要的碳排放来源于垃圾与木材的共燃过程;相较于焚烧工艺,饲料化工艺可实现约27 711.56 kg的碳减排(以CO_(2)计),好氧堆肥工艺可实现约14 298.24 kg的碳减排(以CO_(2)计),两者具有显著的碳减排潜力并更好地实现了废物资源化。研究结果可为优化餐厨垃圾处理策略和制定相关政策提供科学依据,建议推广碳排放量较低的饲料化处理方式,对实现餐厨垃圾资源化、无害化、减量化和低碳化具有现实意义。To clarify the carbon emission profiles of different disposal methods for kitchen waste,this study employed the Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)approach,taking the treatment of 100 tons of kitchen waste as an example and integrating field research data from the kitchen waste treatment plant in Jurong City,Jiangsu Province.A comparative analysis was conducted on the carbon emissions of three disposal methods:incineration after pre-treatment,feed production after pre-treatment,and aerobic composting after pre-treatment.The results indicated that the carbon emission level of the incineration process was significantly higher than that of the feed production and aerobic composting processes,with the primary source of carbon emissions being the co-combustion of waste with wood.Compared to the incineration process,the feed production process could achieve approximately 27711.56 kg of carbon reduction(expressed as CO_(2)),and the aerobic composting process could achieve about 14298.24 kg of carbon reduction(expressed as CO_(2)).Both processes demonstrated significant potential for carbon reduction and more effectively realized the resource utilization of waste.The findings of this study provide a scientific basis for optimizing the disposal strategy of kitchen waste and formulating relevant policies.It is recommended to promote the feed production method,which has a lower carbon emission level,and this is of practical significance for the resourceful,harmless,reduced,and low-carbon management of kitchen waste.
