地下式河道旁路净化站的设计与运行效果

摘  要:苏州渭塘镇建新旁路净化站设计处理规模为2.0万m^(3)/d,针对进水水质特点,采用“MBBR+气浮”工艺。工程实际运行效果表明,该工艺能够稳定实现SS,TP,NH_(3)-N的去除,出水优于地表水Ⅳ类标准。工程总投资约900万元,污水处理成本约为0.45元/m^(3)。以该地下式旁路净化站为研究对象,分别从工艺选择、平面布置、工程设计参数和运行效果等方面展开分析,为地下式河道旁路净化设施规划设计提供技术参考。The design scale of Jianxin underground bypass purification station in Weitang town,Suzhou city was 2.0×104 m^(3)/d.Targeting the characteristics of incoming water quality,the station adopted“MBBR+Airflotation”process.Actual engineering results showed that the process could romove the SS,TP and ammonia nitrogen stably.The effluent water quality indexes were better than the classⅣstandard of surface water.The total investment of the project was 9 million yuan and the sewage treatment cost was 0.45 yuan/m^(3).Taking the Jianxin underground bypass purification station for research object,analysis was conducted from the aspects of process selection,general layout,main process design parameters and running results,which provided a reference for the planning design of underground bypass purification station.
