气相色谱——质谱法测定大气环境中挥发性卤代烃研究

摘  要:采用苏玛罐采样,通过低温预浓缩处理样品,使用优化后的气相色谱—质谱方法对环境空气中的11种挥发性卤代烃进行检测。结果表明:在2~30μg/L浓度范围内拥有良好的线性关系,挥发性卤代烃的检出限在0.10~0.35μg/L之间,定量下限在0.40~1.40μg/L之间,空白加标的RSD值在0.84%~6.16%之间,加标回收率在80.5%~103.7%之间。用建立的检测方法对2024年6月采集的江门市4个典型点位的环境空气样品进行检测,检测结果表明,其挥发性卤代烃平均浓度为12.51μg/L,其中以一氯甲烷、二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷、三氯氟甲烷和三氯乙烯为主,占比均超过10%。11 volatile halohydrocarbons in air were simultaneously determined by using the optimized Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer equipped with Suma tank sampling and low temperature pre-concentration.It shows good linear relationship in the concentration range of 2-30μg/L.The detection limit was 0.10-0.35μg/L and lower limit of quantitation was 0.40-1.40μg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD)range of the blank spiked samples was 0.84%-6.16%,and the spike recovery was 80.5%-103.7%.The method was used to analyze the atmosphere samples from 4 typical sites in Jiangmen city in June 2024.The results demonstrated that the average halogenated hydrocarbons concentration was 12.51μg/L,and the main detected materials were methyl chloride,dichloromethane,dichloroethane,trichlorofluoromethane and trichloroethylene which proportions were more than ten percent of the total.
