摘　　要：目前,食品企业的绿色发展问题成为行业面临的重要挑战。要促进食品供应链上下游的共同努力,提高食品绿色绩效是关键。梳理了食品供应链绿色协同管理的内涵,分析了绿色协同的影响因素,提出绿色供应链协同管理的实现路径,即实施纵向一体化战略模式、形成合作伙伴关系、建立激励协调机制。Currently,the issue of green development in the food industry has emerged as a significant challenge for the sector.The key to overcoming this challenge lies in the collaborative efforts of upstream and downstream participants in the food supply chain to enhance green performance.Consequently,this article delves into the essence of green collaborative management within the food green supply chain,analyzes the influencing factors of green collaboration,and proposes implementation pathways for green supply chain collaborative management,which includes implementing vertical integration model,forming partnership relationships,and establishing incentive and coordination mechanisms.
