综合型煤炭企业扬尘防治管理措施分析

摘　　要：综合型煤炭企业生产作业环节多、扬尘来源广、防治管理措施不全面,对煤田及辅助产业工业园区附近的大气存在污染风险,精准做好综合型煤炭企业扬尘污染防治管理工作势在必行。从扬尘产生的点、线、面源角度分析了扬尘污染来源及扬尘产生的影响因素,阐述了综合型煤炭企业扬尘污染防治措施。结果表明,通过加强点源扬尘设备技术升级、应用防治线源扬尘新产品、多效合一整治面源扬尘、对矿山舍场进行生态修复等多种手段,可以提升扬尘治理技术效果,科学有效地防治扬尘。通过加强在线监测监管,监督运输车辆密闭状态、设置洗车轮、公路洒水,制定扬尘污染管理操作规程,做好设备维护维修和加强环境风险防范,采取数字化智能云平台监督管理等监管措施并结合技术手段,能够有效辅助综合型煤炭企业解决扬尘问题。Comprehensive coal mining enterprises have many production links,wide dust sources,and incomplete prevention and control management measures,which have pollution risks to the atmosphere near coalfields and auxiliary industrial parks.It is imperative to accurately do a good job in the prevention and control of dust pollution in comprehensive coal mine enterprises.This paper analyzes the source of dust pollution and the influencing factors of dust generation from the point,line and non-point source of dust generation,and expounds the prevention and control measures of dust pollution in comprehensive coal mining enterprises.It shows that the effect of dust control technology can be improved by strengthening the technical upgrading of point source dust control equipment,the application of line source dust suppressant,the control of area source dust by multi-effect integration,and the ecological restoration of mine shed,which can prevent and control dust scientifically and effectively.At the same time,by strengthening on-line monitoring and supervision,supervising the closure of transport vehicles,setting up wheel washing,road sprinkler system,formulating dust pollution management operating procedures,doing a good job in equipment maintenance and repair,doing a good job in environmental risk prevention,adopting digital intelligent cloud platform supervision and management and other regulatory measures and combining with technical means,it can effectively assist comprehensive coal enterprises to solve dust problems.
