摘　　要：针对全球面临的气候变化及地域冲突对能源安全带来的挑战,保障各国能源供应的稳定和可持续性成为重要议题。为探究绿色金融发展在保障能源安全方面的作用,从供应安全、经济安全和环境安全3个维度构建了能源安全评价体系,并运用熵权法和TOPSIS法对2004—2021年中国各省份能源安全水平进行测度。在此基础上,通过构建面板固定效应模型,实证分析绿色金融发展对能源安全的影响及作用机制。研究表明:1)绿色金融的发展有助于保障能源安全,且这一效应在绿色金融发展水平较高和能源开发潜力较大的地区尤为明显。2)能源资源的储备开发程度、政府对环境污染的治理投资以及宏观调控都对能源安全产生了积极影响,而工业化程度和经济发展水平在一定程度上对能源安全有着消极影响。3)从区域异质性来看,东部地区绿色金融的发展对能源安全的影响程度最高,中部次之,西部最低;从时间维度来看,2016年之前绿色金融发展对能源安全的影响不显著,2017年之后显著性增强。4)机制分析表明,绿色金融发展通过调整能源消费结构和推动能源技术创新,提高可再生能源消费占比和能源利用效率,进而保障了能源安全。基于上述研究结论,建议完善绿色金融政策体系,创新财政激励与监管机制,加快绿色金融产品与服务创新。同时,实施差异化区域支持策略,重点支持东部绿色金融科技创新、中部传统产业转型及西部可再生能源开发,推动全国绿色金融与能源安全协同发展。Facing global challenges such as climate change and regional conflicts that threaten energy security,ensuring stable and sustainable energy supply has become a critical issue.To explore the role of green finance in safeguarding energy security,this study constructs an energy security evaluation system from three dimensions:supply security,economic security,and environmental security.Using the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method,the energy security levels of Chinese provinces from 2004 to 2021 are measured.Based on this,a panel fixed-effects model is employed to empirically analyze the impact and mechanisms of green finance on energy security.The findings are as follows:1)The development of green finance contributes to energy security,with this effect being particularly pronounced in regions with higher levels of green finance development and greater energy development potential.2)The degree of energy resource development,government investment in environmental pollution control,and macroeconomic regulation positively impact energy security,while industrialization and economic development levels exert a negative influence to some extent.3)Regional heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of green finance on energy security is highest in the eastern region,followed by the central region,and lowest in the western region.From a temporal perspective,the impact of green finance on energy security was insignificant before 2016 but became significant after 2017.4)Mechanism analysis shows that green finance enhances energy security by optimizing energy consumption structure and promoting energy technology innovation,thereby increasing the share of renewable energy consumption and improving energy efficiency.Based on the findings,this study recommends improving the green finance policy system and regulatory mechanisms,accelerating the development of green financial products and services.Additionally,differentiated regional support strategies should be implemented,focusing on green financial technology innovation i
