摘　　要：“双碳”目标下,研究绿色金融对广西碳排放的作用机制及其量化影响,旨在揭示绿色金融在促进广西碳减排中的具体作用,进而优化并制定出更有效的碳减排策略。基于2007—2021年广西14个地级市的面板数据,采用熵权法测算了广西绿色金融指数,并根据温室气体核算体系核算了广西碳排放强度。随后,通过构建固定效应模型,实证检验2011—2021年绿色金融对广西碳排放的影响效应。结果显示:1)2007—2021年期间,广西绿色金融综合指数呈现出显著的增长态势,由初始的0.35提升至0.68,并且碳排放强度呈现持续稳步下降的趋势,由最初的5.521 t/万元下降到1.999 t/万元;2)绿色金融、经济发展水平、能源消费结构、产业结构调整及外商投资水平的提升均能有效降低广西碳排放强度,其每增加1%,将分别导致广西碳排放强度显著降低0.1320%、0.5520%、0.0443%、0.0132%及0.5590%。研究表明,广西绿色金融的深入发展对于促进广西碳减排进而实现“双碳”目标具有显著的积极贡献,未来应当加大对广西绿色金融发展的支持力度。Under the"double carbon"goal,the mechanism and quantitative impact of green finance on Guangxi's carbon emissions are studied,aiming to reveal the specific role of green finance in promoting Guangxi's carbon emission reduction,and then optimize and formulate more effective carbon emission reduction strategies.Based on the panel data of 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi from 2007 to 2021,the entropy weight method was used to calculate the Guangxi green finance index,and the carbon emission intensity of Guangxi was calculated according to the greenhouse gas accounting system.Subsequently,by constructing a fixed effect model,the impact of green finance on Guangxi's carbon emissions from 2011 to 2021 was empirically tested.The results show that:1)During the period from 2007 to 2021,Guangxi's green finance comprehensive index showed a significant growth trend,increasing from the initial 0.35 to 0.68,and the carbon emission intensity showed a continuous and steady decline trend,from the initial 5.521 tons/10000 yuan dropped to 1.999 tons/10000 yuan.2)Green finance,economic development level,energy consumption structure,industrial structure adjustment and improvement of foreign investment level can all effectively reduce Guangxi's carbon emission intensity.Every 1%increase will lead to a significant reduction of Guangxi's carbon emission intensity of 0.1320%,0.5520%,0.0443%,0.0132%and 0.5590%respectively.Research shows that the in-depth development of green finance in Guangxi has made significant positive contributions to promoting Guangxi's carbon emission reduction and achieving the"double carbon"goal.In the future,support for the development of green finance in Guangxi should be increased.
