摘  要:为了提高多能互补系统平滑可再生能源出力,实现可再生能源的有效消纳,提出了一种耦合风电、燃气轮机发电和电池储能系统的虚拟电厂,采用一阶低通滤波方法对燃气轮机和电池储能系统的容量进行了配置。结果表明:随着一阶低通滤波环节的时间常数T的增大,滤波后的功率最大波动量越小,所需的燃气轮机额定功率逐渐降低,电池储能系统的额定功率和额定容量均增大。对于总装机容量300 MW的海上风电场,当低通滤波时间常数取8 min时,可获得比较理想的滤波效果,此时燃气轮机的额定功率为70.06 MW,电池储能系统的额定功率和额定容量分别为4.98 MW、8.38 MW·h。容量配置结果表明,风燃储所组成的虚拟电厂能够较好的平滑风电机组出力。To enhance the multi-energy complementary system's capability in smoothing renewable energy output and impro-ving renewable energy accommodation,this study proposes a virtual power plant integrating wind power,gas turbine,and battery energy storage systems.A first-order low-pass filtering method was employed for capacity allocation of gas turbines and battery energy storage system.The results demonstrate that as the time constant T of the low-pass filter increases,the maximum power fluctuation of filtered output decreases progressively as the required rated power of gas turbines gradually reduces,while the rated power and capacity of battery energy storage systems exhibit incremental growth.For an offshore wind farm with 300 MW total installed capacity,optimal filtering performance was achieved at a low-pass filter time constant of 8 min.Under this allocation,the gas turbine requires 70.06 MW rated power,while the battery energy storage systems demonstrates 4.98 MW rated power and 8.38 MW·h rated capacity.The capacity allocation results confirm that the wind-gas-storage integrated virtual power plant effectively stabilizes wind power generation output,demonstrating robust performance in renewable energy smoothing applications.
