摘  要:为确保光伏系统能在炼化厂有限的占地面积下实现最大的经济效益,选择一个合适的光伏组件排列方式至关重要。通过统计平铺、固定倾角与单轴旋转模式下的投资成本与发电量,提出成本效益指标与生命周期效益指标2种模型。计算表明,虽然单轴旋转模式下的发电量最大,但考虑到设备维护成本,该模式下的效益指标要小于倾角和平铺模式;在逆变器以及光伏板安装基础设计合理的条件下,同时考虑到安装环境的影响,固定倾角模式在炼化厂区内最有优势。以期为石化行业的电气设计人员选择光伏地面铺设方案方面提供一定的参考。It is vital to choose a suitable arrangement of photovoltaic modules to ensure that the photovoltaic system can achieve maximum economic benefits within limited chemical plant area.By counting the cost and power generation in the life cycle under the not-tilt array,fixed-tilt array and single-axis tracking array,the cost-effectiveness index model and life-cycle index model are proposed.The results show that although the maximum power generation is achieved in the single-axis tracking array,considering equipment maintenance cost,the effectiveness index is lower than that in the not-tilt array and fixed-tilt array,and the selection of inverters also has a certain impact on cost-effectiveness index.Under appropriate conditions for inverter selection and installation of PV panels,also taking into account the impact of the installation environment,the fixed-tilt array has the highest effectiveness index.It can provide some reference for electrical designers in he petrochemical industry to choose photovoltaic system schemes.
