摘　　要：户用分布式光伏项目经过近2年的快速扩张,陆续进入运营期,需要对已发生的经营风险进行系统性梳理与分析,研究应对措施,提升项目运营风险管控能力。从产生源头对实际发生的风险案例进行分类,并选取典型案例从性质、影响等进行深入分析,总结出政策风险、合作方风险、居民方风险、意外事故与不可抗力风险四大类风险。通过对每一类风险的应对措施进行总结、提炼,形成新的管理制度、流程、标准或修订合同条款,进一步完善了运营风险管控措施,健全了运营风险管控体系,为项目全周期内的平稳运营提供有力保障。After nearly two years of rapid expansion,household solar power stations have entered the operation period.It is necessary to systematically sort out and analyze the existing operating risks,study response measures,and improve project operation risk control capabilities.By classifying the actual risk cases from the source,and selecting typical cases for in-depth analysis based on their nature and impact,we can summarize more feasible response measures.Summarize and refine the response measures for each type of risk,form a new management system or standard,and continuously improve the operating risk control system.A sound operational risk control system will provide strong guarantees for the stable operation of the project throughout the entire cycle.
