摘 要:随着我国社会经济的蓬勃发展以及城乡一体化进程的加速推进,人才跨行业、跨地域流动愈发频繁,导致公共人才服务机构在流动人员人事档案管理服务领域面临新的挑战。通过建立全生命周期的流动人员人事档案信息化管理服务体系、提升数字化管理水平、提升档案工作者数字化应用能力等信息化管理路径,可以提高流动人员人事档案管理服务工作效率、管理效率和利用效率,进而实现流动人员人事档案管理水平与效率的整体提升。With the vigorous development of the social economy and the accelerated progress of urban-rural integration,the cross-industry and cross-regional flow of talents has become increasingly frequent,which leads to new challenges in the field of archives management for migrant population in public talent service institutions.By establishing a full-life-cycle information management service system for migrant population archives,improving the level of digital management,and enhancing the digital application ability of archivists,the work efficiency,management efficiency and utilization efficiency of archives management for migrant population can be improved,and this will ultimately lead to an overall improvement in the management level and efficiency of archives management for migrant population.
