摘　　要：新质生产力是推动社会生产力实现新跃升的关键力量,健全因地制宜发展新质生产力体制机制,旨在通过技术创新、要素优化配置和产业深度转型,推动经济高质量发展。系统梳理新质生产力的理论演变,深入分析其内涵与历史发展,探讨因地制宜方法论在不同区域推动新质生产力发展的适用性与实践路径。研究发现,新质生产力不同于传统生产力,表现出数字、绿色、蓝色、红色、协作、开放等多样化形态与质态特征。因地制宜的发展机制能够有效提升区域经济竞争力,促进产业协同和要素集聚,推动科技创新与绿色转型,强化国家战略性新兴产业的支撑作用。研究表明,健全因地制宜发展新质生产力体制机制是实现中国式现代化的重要动力,需通过优化政策支持、完善投资体系、提升生产力机制,确保政策落地,助力经济可持续健康发展与社会全面进步。New quality productive forces are a key driver of a new leap in social productivity.Improving the mechanism for tailoring the development of new quality productive forces to local conditions aims to promote high-quality economic development through technological innovation,the optimal allocation of resources,and deep industrial transformation.This paper systematically reviews the theoretical evolution of new quality productive forces,analyzes its connotations and historical development,and explores the applicability and practical pathways for adapting methodologies to local conditions to advance the development of new quality productive forces in various regions.The study finds that new quality productive forces differ significantly from traditional productive forces,exhibiting diverse forms and quality characteristics such as digital,green,blue,red,collaborative,and open elements.A development mechanism that is tailored to local conditions can effectively enhance the competitiveness of regional economies,promote industrial synergies and the agglomeration of factors,foster technological innovation and green transformation,and strengthen the supporting role of national strategic emerging industries.The research indicates that improving the mechanism for tailoring the development of new quality productive forces to local conditions is a crucial driving force for realizing the Chinese path to modernization.It emphasizes the need to optimize policy support,improve the investment system,and strengthen productivity mechanisms to ensure effective policy implementation,thereby facilitating the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and the overall advancement of society.
