摘　　要：糖尿病和高血压是目前公认的增加死亡率的危险因素,两者具有病理生理学关联。随着糖尿病患者高血压病程的增长,其血脂及血糖代谢异常的严重程度逐渐增大,对糖尿病患者进行血压监测并控制在正常范围内具有重要临床意义。该指南内容涉及糖尿病合并高血压的中西医结合诊断、中西医结合治疗以及中西医结合康复等,旨在为中国糖尿病合并高血压的规范诊疗提供参考,提高糖尿病合并高血压的中西医结合诊治水平。Diabetes and hypertension are currently recognized as risk factors for increased mortality,and both have pathophysiological associations.With the increase of hypertension course in diabetes patients,the severity of abnormal blood lipid and blood glucose metabolism is gradually increasing.It is of important clinical significance to monitor and control blood pressure in diabetes patients within the normal range.This guide covers the integrated diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of diabetes with hypertension,aiming to provide reference for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of diabetes with hypertension in China and improve the integrated diagnosis and treatment of diabetes with hypertension.
