摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种多因素导致的神经退行性疾病。骨质疏松症(OP)是一种常见的骨骼疾病,骨量低和骨骼结构受损而导致骨骼脆弱。近年来的研究发现这2种疾病的发生密切相关,且在“肾主骨”理论指导下治疗OP效果显著。鉴于此,该文从“肾主骨”理论为出发点,分析总结AD与OP的相关性,以期为OP的防治提供新思路。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease caused by multiple factors.Osteoporosis(OP)is a common bone disease caused by low bone mass and structural damage,resulting in fragile bones.In recent years,researches have found that the occurrence of these two diseases is closely related,and the treatment effect of OP is significant under the guidance of the"kidney governs bone"theory.In view of this,this article analyzes and summarizes the correlation between AD and OP in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of OP,starting from the theory of"kidney governs bone".
