摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血尿酸/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(UHR)与下肢动脉病变(LEAD)的相关性。方法选取2023年4月至2024年3月在铜陵市人民医院内分泌科住院的126例T2DM患者病历资料进行回顾性研究。根据下肢血管B超检查结果,分为单纯T2DM患者组(T2DM组,65例)、T2DM合并LEAD患者组(LEAD组,61例),收集所有患者一般临床资料及生化指标,计算UHR。结果LEAD组患者年龄、病程、三酰甘油(TG)、血肌酐(SCr)、胱抑素C(Cys C)、血尿酸、UHR均高于T2DM组患者,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于T2DM组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson或Spearman相关分析显示,UHR与TG、SCr及Cys C呈正相关(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,UHR和病程是T2DM患者发生LEAD的影响因素。结论UHR与T2DM患者发生LEAD相关,可作为预测LEAD发生的指标。Objective To explore the correlation between serum uric acid/high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(UHR)and lower extremity arterial disease(LEAD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the medical records of 126 T2DM patients admitted to department of endocrinology of Tongling People′s Hospital from April 2023 to March 2024.According to lower limb blood vessel detection by doppler ultrasound,they were divided into T2DM group(65 cases)and LEAD group(61 cases).The clinical data and biochemical examination as well as calculated UHR were collected.Results The age,duration,triglyceride(TG),serum creatinine(SCr),cystatin C(Cys C),serum uric acid and UHR in LEAD group were higher than those in T2DM group,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that in T2DM group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis showed that TG,SCr and Cys C had positive correlations with UHR(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that UHR and duration were the independent risk factors for the occurrence of LEAD in T2DM patients.Conclusions UHR is related to the occurrence of LEAD in patients with T2DM,which may be an indicator for predicting the occurrence of LEAD.
