摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同水平的酶解棉粕替代豆粕对22~63日龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。选取2000只21日龄体重相近的良凤花黄羽肉公鸡,随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复40只。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型饲粮,试验组分别饲喂用酶解棉粕替代25%、50%、75%和100%的豆粕饲粮,试验期42 d。结果表明,棉粕替代25%组22~42日龄平均日采食量和平均日增重显著低于对照组(P<0.05);棉粕替代50%组42、63日龄体重最高,22~42日龄体重、平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比与对照组、棉粕替代75%组和棉粕替代100%组差异均不显著(P>0.05),43~63日龄体重和平均日增重与对照组、棉粕替代75%组差异均不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于棉粕替代100%组(P<0.05);棉粕替代75%组43~63日龄平均日采食量显著高于棉粕替代100%组(P<0.05);棉粕替代100%组各阶段平均日采食量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。各组间血清生化指标、屠宰性能以及肉品质均无显著差异(P>0.05)。在22~63日龄黄羽肉鸡饲粮中酶解棉粕替代豆粕的最适比例为50%和75%。The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of different levels of enzymatic cottonseed meal replacing soybean meal on growth performance,serum biochemistry,slaughter performance and meat quality of 22-63 day old yellow feathered broilers.Two thousand Liangfenghua yellow feathered broilers of similar weight at 21 days of age were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 replicates of 40 birds in each group.The control group was fed a corn-soybean meal type diet(SBM group)and the experimental groups were fed a soybean meal diet with enzymatically degraded cottonseed meal(ECSM)replacing 25%(ECSM25),50%(ECSM50),75%(ECSM75)and 100%(ECSM100),respectively,for 42 days.The results showed that:the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of the ECSM25 group were significantly lower than those of the SBM group from 22 to 42 days of age(P<0.05).The ECSM50 group had the highest body weight at 42 and 63 days of age,and the differences in body weight,average daily feed intake,average daily weight gain and feed to weight ratio of the ECSM50 group from 22 to 42 days of age were not significant with those of the SBM group,the ECSM75 group and the ECSM100 group(P>0.05).The differences in body weight and average daily weight gain from 43 to 63 days of age were not significant with those of the SBM group and the ECSM75 group(P>0.05),but were significantly higher than those of the ECSM100 group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake from 43 to 63 days of age in the ECSM75 group was significantly higher than that in the ECSM100 group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake in the ECSM100 group was significantly lower than that in the SBM group at all stages(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between groups in serum biochemical indices,carcass performance and meat quality(P>0.05).The optimal levels of enzymatically digested cottonseed meal to replace soybean meal in rations for 22-63 day old yellow feather broilers were 50%and 75%.
