摘　　要：本研究旨在探究不同剂量中草药添加剂对哺乳期伊普吕母兔泌乳量、日增重和血清生化指标及仔兔日增重和成活率的影响。试验选用成年健康经产哺乳期伊普吕母兔60只,随机分为6组,分别为1个对照组、1个平行对照组及5 g组、10 g组、15 g组、20 g组4个中草药添加剂试验组。试验期间,试验组每窝仔兔数量调整为12只,对照组每窝仔兔数量为8只,平行对照组每窝仔兔数量为12只。4个试验组每只母兔从仔兔出生当天(哺乳期第1天)开始,在基础日粮(300 g/d)中分别添加5、10、15、20 g中草药添加剂;对照组和平行对照组母兔均不添加中草药添加剂。中草药添加剂按用量混匀后添加到少量颗粒饲料中,搅拌均匀饲喂,连续饲喂至仔兔35日龄断奶。期间前15 d每天测量仔兔哺乳前后的体增重,每隔3 d检测母兔的体重,断奶前3 d母兔连续空腹采血,检测血清生化指标。结果表明,随着母兔泌乳时间的延长,各试验组母兔所哺育的仔兔日增重均有增加趋势,其中15 g组和20 g组母兔泌乳量、平均日增重、仔兔日增重和成活率等指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组母兔血清白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。哺乳期伊普吕母兔日粮中分别添加15 g或20 g中草药组合添加剂,能够显著提高母兔泌乳量和平均日增重、仔兔哺乳后窝重和成活率。The aim of this study is to explore the effects of different doses of herbal additives on lactation volume,daily weight gain,serum biochemical indexes of Hyplus rabbits and the daily weight gain and survival rate of young rabbits during lactation.Sixty adult healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups:1 control group and 1 parallel control group,and four test groups(5 g group,10 g group,15 g group and 20 g group).During the trial,the number of rabbits per litter was adjusted to 12,8 rabbits per litter in the control group,and 12 rabbits in the parallel control group.From the day of birth,5,10,15 and 20 g were added to the base diet(300 g/d)on the first day of lactation;there were no herbal additives in both control and parallel control rabbits.Chinese herbal medicine additives were mixed according to the dosage and added to a small amount of granular feed,stirred and then fed evenly,and fed continuously until the rabbits were weaned at 35 days of age.During the first 15 d,the body weight gain of the rabbit was measured before and after lactation,and the weight of the mother was measured every 3 days.Finally,the continuous fasting blood was collected to detect the serum biochemical index.The results showed that with the increase of lactation days,the daily weight increase of young rabbits raised by mothers in each test group tended to increase.Among them,average daily weight gain and survival rate in the 15 g and 20 g groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);serum albumin(ALB),total protein(TP)in every test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while urea(BUN),triglycerides(TG),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The findings indicated that the addition of 15 g or 20 g Chinese herbal combination additives in the diet of mother rabbits could significantly improve the lactation volume and average daily weight gain,litter weight and survival rate after lactation.
