有机肥施肥深度对风沙土水分、养分及玉米生长的影响

摘  要:为了提高风沙土保水保肥性,使用美玉27号玉米进行盆栽施肥试验,以不施肥风沙土为对照组,设0~15 cm浅层混施和15~30 cm深层混施2个处理组,研究有机肥施肥深度对风沙土土壤水分、养分及玉米生长的影响。结果表明,施肥深度对各组风沙土土壤含水量和有机碳含量均无显著影响;相较于对照,两个施肥处理组均能显著提高土壤全氮含量(P<0.05),且能分别显著提高对应施肥土层的有效磷含量(P<0.05);与深层混施处理相比,浅层混施处理土壤速效钾含量在0~15 cm土层显著提高14.77%(P<0.05),在15~30 cm土层显著提高20.93%(P<0.05)。玉米生长指标方面,浅层混施处理各项指标均高于深层混施处理,且相较于对照,浅层混施处理均能显著提高玉米茎杆、叶片、籽粒和根系生物量(P<0.05)。有机肥适宜的浅层混施可以更有效的提高风沙土养分含量、促进作物生长。In order to improve the water retention and fertilizer retention of wind and sandy soil,this study uses Meiyu No.27 corn for potted experiments.The non-fertilized wind and sandy soil was the control group,and two treatment groups were set up with shallow mixed application of 0-15 cm and deep mixed application of 15-30 cm.Afterwards,the effects of organic fertilizer depth on soil moisture,nutrient of the soil and corn growth were studied.The results showed that the depth of fertilization had no significant impact on the moisture content and contents of the aeolian sandy soil and organic carbon of each group;compared with the control,both fertilization treatment could significantly improve the total nitrogen content of the soil(P<0.05)and significantly improved the effective phosphorus content of the corresponding fertilized soil layer respectively(P<0.05);compared with deep mixed treatment,the soil available potassium content under shallow mixed treatment increased significantly by 14.77%(P<0.05)in the soil layer of 0-15 cm,and 20.93%(P<0.05)in the soil layer of 15-30 cm.In terms of corn growth indicators,all indicators in shallow mixed treatment were higher than deep mixed treatment,and compared with the control,shallow mixed treatment significantly improved the biomass of corn stem,leaves,seeds and root system(P<0.05).In summary,shallow mixed treatment suitable for organic fertilizer can more effectively improve the nutrient content of aeolian sandy soil,thus promoting the crop growth.
