摘 要:为探索刈割时期对无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)生长发育及产量的影响,寻求最佳刈割时间,以乌苏1号无芒雀麦为研究对象,采用盆栽试验方法,设置7月、8月、9月3个刈割时期,测定地上部生物量(叶片和茎)、地下部生物量以及根系形态指标(长度、表面积、体积、平均直径)。结果表明,随着刈割时间推迟,无芒雀麦第一茬刈割叶片生物量与地上生物量呈显著上升趋势;与8月刈割相比,7月刈割无芒雀麦茎、叶片生物量以及地上生物量显著降低87.50%、80.93%、82.47%(P<0.05),9月刈割无芒雀麦叶片生物量与地上生物量显著增加73.47%、65.98%(P<0.05)。二次刈割后,7月刈割茎总生物量、叶片总生物量分别显著降低36.10%、15.48%(P<0.05),地上总生物量显著降低了18.76%(P<0.05),根系生物量与植株总生物量降低25.45%、22.10%(P>0.05),根系体积降低22.80%(P>0.05);9月刈割根系生物量与植株总生物量分别增加17.21%、13.44%(P>0.05),根系体积增加31.23%(P>0.05)。从实际生产应用角度考虑,在9月刈割无芒雀麦能获得更高的地上生物量,有利于无芒雀麦的生产利用。To explore the impact of cutting periods on the growth,development and yield of Bromus inermis in the hope of seeking the optimal cutting time.During the process,Bromus inermis of the Wusu No.1 was taken as the research object,a pot experiment method was adopted and three cutting periods were set(July,August,September)with five repetitions for each treatment to measure the aboveground biomass(leaves and stems),underground biomass and root morphological indicators(length,surface area,volume and average diameter).The results showed that as the cutting time was postponed,the leaf biomass and aboveground biomass of the first cutting of Bromus inermis showed a significant upward trend.Compared with the cutting in August,the stem,leaf biomass and aboveground biomass of Bromus inermis cut in July were significantly reduced by 87.50%,80.93%and 82.47%,respectively(P<0.05).The leaf biomass and aboveground biomass of Bromus inermis cut in September were significantly increased by 73.47%and 65.98%respectively(P<0.05).After the second cutting,the total stem biomass and total leaf biomass of Bromus inermis cut in July were significantly reduced by 36.10%and 15.48% respectively(P<0.05),the total aboveground biomass was significantly reduced by 18.76%(P<0.05),the root biomass and total plant biomass were reduced by 25.45%and 22.10%respectively(P>0.05),and the root volume was reduced by 22.80%(P>0.05).The root biomass and total plant biomass of Bromus inermis cut in September were increased by 17.21%and 13.44%respectively(P>0.05)and the root volume was increased by 31.23%(P>0.05).In conclusion,from the perspective of practical production and application,cutting Bromus inermis in September can obtain a higher aboveground biomass,which is beneficial to the production and utilization of Bromus inermis.
