复合菌剂和生物炭对咸水补灌玉米根区土壤性质和生物学性状的影响

摘  要:为研究复合菌剂和生物炭对咸水补灌玉米根区土壤性质和生物学性状的影响,以补灌3.45、1.77 g/L微咸水为对照,分别添加200 mL复合菌剂和3%生物炭进行完全随机组合试验,共6个处理,在新和县开展玉米补灌试验。结果表明,0~20 cm土层,与对照比,喷施菌剂和施加生物炭处理均显著降低土壤容重、增加土壤有机质含量(P<0.05)。1.77 g/L微咸水喷施菌剂和施加生物炭处理及3.45 g/L微咸水施加生物炭处理均降低了土壤中的Na^(+)含量(P<0.05),0~20 cm土层Na^(+)含量普遍高于20~40 cm土层,盐分更容易积累在土壤表层。与对照比,3.45 g/L微咸水喷施菌剂和施加生物炭处理显著增加了总根长和植株鲜重(P<0.05);3.45 g/L和1.77 g/L微咸水施加生物炭处理百粒重均增加(P>0.05)。与对照比,3.45 g/L微咸水施加生物炭处理产量提升10.04%(P>0.05),1.77 g/L微咸水喷施菌剂处理产量提升2.31%(P>0.05)。在新和县种植玉米,1.77 g/L微咸水滴灌喷施复合菌剂和3.45 g/L微咸水滴灌施加3%生物炭处理效果相对较好。In order to study the effects of composite fungicide and biochar on soil properties and biological traits in the root zone of maize recharged with brackish water,a maize recharge trial was carried out in Xinhe County with a completely randomized combination of 200 mL composite fungicide and 3%biochar added,respectively,using recharge of 3.45 g/L and 1.77 g/L brackish water as the control,with a total of six treatments.The results of the study showed that in the 0-20 cm soil layer,both the fungicide spraying and biochar application treatments significantly reduced soil bulk weight and increased soil organic matter content compared with the control(P<0.05).The 1.77 g/L brackish water fungicide spraying and biochar application treatments and the 3.45 g/L brackish water biochar application treatments reduced the Na^(+)content in the soil(P<0.05),and the 0-20 cm Na^(+)content in the soil layer was generally higher than that in the 20-40 cm layer,and salts were more likely to accumulate in the soil surface layer.Compared with the control,total root length and plant fresh weight were significantly increased(P<0.05)in the 3.45 g/L brackish water sprayed with mycorrhizal fungi and applied biochar treatments;and the 100-grain weight was increased(P>0.05)in both the 3.45 g/L and 1.77 g/L brackish water applied with biochar treatments.Compared with the control,the yield of 3.45 g/L brackish water applied biochar treatment was increased by 10.04%(P>0.05),and the yield of 1.77 g/L brackish water sprayed with fungicide treatment was increased by 2.31%(P>0.05).Growing maize in Xinhe County 1.77 g/L brackish water drip irrigation sprayed with composite fungicide and 3.45 g/L brackish water drip irrigation applied with 3%biochar treatments were relatively more effective.
