摘　　要：目的 探讨门诊西药房加强管理模式对人员工作质量与药品发放差错率的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月古浪县十八里堡卫生院以及灵台县人民医院30名门诊西药房工作人员作为参照组,实施常规管理,选取2022年2月-2024年3月同一批工作人员为研究组,实施加强管理。两组各选取500条药品发放记录。对两组工作人员工作质量评分、管理总满意度、药品发放记录中药品总差错率展开对比。结果 研究组工作人员各项工作质量评分较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组工作人员管理总满意度为96.67%(29/30),较参照组的73.33%(22/30)高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.405,P<0.05);研究组药品发放记录中药品总差错率较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医院门诊西药房采取加强管理模式,可降低系列差错率,提升工作质量以及满意度。Objective To explore the influence of strengthening the management mode of outpatient western pharmacy on the quality of personnel work and the error rate of drug distribution.Methods Thirty outpatient western pharmacy staff in Gulang County Shibalipu Health Center and Lingtai County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the reference group to implement routine management,and the same group of staff from Febru-ary 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study group to implement strengthened management.500 drug distribu-tion records were selected in each group.The work quality scores,total management satisfaction of the staff,and com-pared the total error rate of drugs in the drug distribution records of the two groups were compared.Results The work quality scores of the staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total management satisfaction rate of staff in the study group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05).The total error rate of drugs in the drug distribution records of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital outpatient pharmacy adopts the strengthening management mode,which can reduce the series error rate and improve the work quality and satisfac-tion.
