摘　　要：本文以河南护理职业学院口腔医学专业口腔正畸专业技术技能人才培养为例,对高职口腔正畸技能与综合素质融合培养进行了研究。在简要阐述高职口腔正畸技能与综合素质融合培养必要性的基础上,提出了口腔正畸技能与综合素质融合培养的方案设计,包括融合培养的目标、内容、方法和评价体系等,并对方案实施效果及进一步的优化完善进行了探讨。This article takes the training of technical talents in orthodontics at Henan Nursing Vocational College as an example to study the integration of orthodontic skills and comprehensive qualities in vocational colleges.On the ba⁃sis of briefly explaining the necessity of integrating orthodontic skills and comprehensive quality training in higher vo⁃cational education,a plan design for integrating orthodontic skills and comprehensive quality training is proposed,in⁃cluding the goals,content,methods,and evaluation system of the integrated training.The implementation effect and further optimization and improvement of the plan are also discussed.
