摘 要:目的 探讨PDCA在医院影像科影像质量管理中的实践应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年12月丹江口市第一医院的10名工作人员为研究对象,以2022年1-12月实施常规管理模式为对照组,2023年1-12月阶段实施PDCA循环管理法为研究组,对比两组的管理质量评分、核心能力评分、管理满意度。结果观察组的管理质量和核心能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度评分为(95.23±2.62)分,高于对照组的(86.40±2.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.623,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA在医院影像科影像质量管理中的应用效果显著,有利于提高管理工作质量与满意度。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA in image quality management of hospital imaging department.Methods Ten staff members of The First Hospital of Danjiangkou from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,with the conventional management mode implemented from January to December 2022 as the control group,and the PDCA cycle management method implemented from January to December 2023 as the observation group.The scores of management quality,core competence and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of management quality and core competence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of management satisfaction the observation group was 95.23±2.62,higher than 86.40±2.56 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.623,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA is effective in image quality management in hospital im-aging department,which is beneficial to improve the quality and satisfaction of management.
