基于QCC活动的质控管理体系对医院消毒管理质量提升的实证研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动的质控管理体系对医院消毒管理质量提升的实际效果。方法选取莱芜区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心工作的100名工作人员作为研究对象,2021年6月-2022年12月实施传统消毒管理策略,作为传统组;2023年1月-2024年6月实施基于QCC活动的质控管理体系,作为探究组,两组为同一批人员。对比两组消毒相关知识掌握程度、手卫生技术操作水平、环境物表清洁消毒合格率。结果探究组消毒相关知识掌握程度评分及手卫生技术操作评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组环境物表清洁消毒合格率99.33%(596/600)高于传统组97.83%(587/600),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05)。结论基于QCC活动的质控管理体系能够提高工作人员对消毒知识的掌握程度、手卫生技术操作水平以及环境物表的清洁消毒合格率。Objective To explore the practical effect of quality control management system based on quality control circle(QCC)activities on the improvement of hospital disinfection management quality.Methods A total of 100 staff working in Laiwu Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center were selected as the research objects.From June 2021 to December 2022,the traditional disinfection management strategy was implemented as the traditional group;from January 2023 to June 2024,the quality control management system based on QCC activities was implemented as the inquiry group,and the two groups were the same group of personnel.The degree of mastery of disinfection-related knowledge,the level of hand hygiene technical operation,and the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of environmental objects were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disinfectionrelated knowledge mastery and hand hygiene technical operation in the inquiry group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of environmental objects in the inquiry group was 99.33%(596/600)higher than that in the traditional group 97.83%(587/600),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control CHINA HEALTH INDUSTRY management system based on QCC activities can improve the staff's mastery of disinfection knowledge,the technical operation level of hand hygiene and the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of environmental objects.
