摘 要:医疗卫生行业的精细化管理程度日益加深,公立医院应该根据自身的实际情况,紧紧围绕医院的战略目标,充分利用信息化资源和管理会计工具,不断探索和完善体现医院公益性的经济运营管理体系。本文以业财融合为切入点,阐述了医院在运营管理体系建设过程中的一些实践经验,旨在促进医院在医疗竞争激烈的大环境下实现健康可持续发展。The degree of refined management in the medical and health industry is deepening day by day.Public hospitals should according to their actual conditions,closely focus on the strategic objectives of the hospital,make full use of information resources and management accounting tools,and constantly explore and improve the economic operation management system that reflects the public welfare of the hospital.This artical takes the integration of industry and finance as the starting point,expounds some practical experience in the construction process of operation management system of hospitals,aiming to promote the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals in the fiercely competitive medical environment.
