规范化管理对儿童哮喘门诊工作效率的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨规范化管理对儿童哮喘门诊管理工作效率的影响。方法 选取广州中医药大学顺德医院附属均安医院门诊21名医护人员作为研究对象,2021年4月-2022年4月作为对照组,2022年5月-2023年4月作为观察组。对照组行常规门诊管理,观察组结合规范化门诊管理治疗,比较两组满意度、工作质量。结果观察组满意度中沟通、流程、质量比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组医学文书记录(8.96±0.38)分、医学操作(8.36±0.77)分、病历书写(8.94±0.43)分高于对照组的(7.01±1.22)分、(6.25±1.52)分、(6.23±0.98)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.886,5.674,11.604,P均<0.05)。结论 对于儿童哮喘门诊采取规范化管理可以明显提高医护人员工作质量。Objective To explore the influence of standardized management on the efficiency of outpatient management of asthma in children.Methods A total of twenty-one medical staff in the outpatient department of Jun'an Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.From April 2021 to April 2022,they were selected as the control group,and from May 2022 to April 2023,they were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine outpatient management,and the obser-vation group received standardized outpatient management and treatment.The satisfaction,work quality were com-pared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher satisfaction in communication,process,quality compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of medi-cal records,medical operations and medical record writing were 8.96±0.38,8.36±0.77 and 8.94±0.43 in the observation group,which were higher than 7.01±1.22,6.25±1.52 and 6.23±0.98 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.886,5.674,11.604,all P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of children's asthma clinic can obviously improve the work quality of medical staff.
