摘　　要：目的 探讨基于医院资源规划(hospital resource planning,HRP)系统构建医院高值耗材全流程闭环追溯管理模式的应用效果,以期优化高值耗材管理效能。方法 选取广州医科大学附属市八医院的64名耗材管理人员作为研究对象,分为应用前(常规管理模式,2019年1-12月)和应用后(基于HRP系统的高值耗材全流程闭环追溯管理模式,2023年1-12月),比较工作效率、工作质量以及满意度。结果 应用后管理人员每周申请、领用、盘库、计费时间及采购周期均较应用前短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);应用后耗材管理质量中安全性、适宜性、有效性、技术性、经济性评分较应用前高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);应用后耗材管理人员的满意度为93.75%(60/64),高于应用前78.13%(50/64),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.465,P<0.05)。结论 基于HRP系统的医院高值耗材全流程闭环追溯管理模式应用可以提高高值耗材管理效率、管理质量以及管理人员满意度。Objective To explore application effect of closed-loop traceability management model for the whole process of high-value consumables in hospital based on hospital resource planning(HRP)system,in order to optimize the management efficiency of high-value consumables.Methods Sixty-four consumables managers from The Eighth Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University were selected as research objects,which were divided into pre-application(conventional management mode was conducted from January to December 2019)and post-application(closed-loop traceability management mode of high-value consumables based on HRP system was conducted from January to December 2023)to compare work efficiency,work quality and satisfaction.Results The weekly application,requisition,inventory,billing time and procurement period after application were shorter than before application,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),The scores of of consumables management quality in safety,suitability,effectiveness,technology and economy were higher than before application,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),The satisfaction of consumables managers after application was 93.75%(60/64),higher than 78.13%(50/64)before application,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.465,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the closed-loop traceability management mode of the whole process of high-value consumables in hospitals based on HRP system can reduce the proportion of high-value consumables,improve the satisfaction of consumables managers and medical staff,and reduce operating costs.
