摘  要:目的 探讨精细化管理在医院医务管理中的实施路径,为优化医院医务管理模式提供实证依据。方法 选取泰州市姜堰中医院的28名工作人员为研究对象。2023年1-6月对28名工作人员实施常规医务管理模式,作为常规组;2023年7-12月对同一批工作人员实施精细化医务管理,纳入观察组。对比两组管理质量、持续改进水平、管理满意度。结果 观察组的管理质量及持续改进水平均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理满意度达到了100.00%(28/28),高于常规组的78.57%(22/28),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05)。结论 精细化管理在医院医务管理中的实施能够提升管理质量、增强持续改进水平并提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the implementation path of fine management in hospital medical management,and to provide empirical basis for optimizing hospital medical management mode.Methods A total of twenty-eight staff members of Jiangyan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Taizhou City were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2023,a routine medical management model was implemented for twenty-eight staff members as a convenientional group;from July to December 2023,refined medical management was implemented for the same group of staff and included in the observation group.The management quality,continuous improvement level and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The management quality and continuous improvement level of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group reached 100.00%(28/28),which was higher than 78.57%(22/28)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined management in hospital medical management can improve the quality of management,enhance the level of continuous improvement and improve management satisfaction.
