摘　　要：本文探讨信息时代基层医院病案管理的新思路,重点从优化病案人员配置、合理设置病案科室、统一疾病编码和手术操作编码库、加强病案质控管理,以及推动病案管理从传统模式向数字化、智能化转型等几个方面进行阐述。通过提升病案管理水平,使其不仅为医院管理提供有效支持,还能服务于科研和教学工作,助力医院高质量可持续发展,促进全民健康。This paper explores new approaches to medical record management in grassroots hospitals in the information era,focusing on the following aspects:Optimizing medical record personnel allocation,rationally setting up medi-cal record departments,standardizing disease and surgical procedure coding systems,strengthening medical record quality control,and promoting the transition from traditional management to digital and intelligent systems.By enhancing medical record management,it aims to not only support hospital administration effectively but also contribute to scientific research and education,facilitating high-quality,sustainable hospital development and promoting public health.
