摘  要:目的 探讨多模态教学策略在胃肠肛肠疾病科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中提升手术技能的效果。方法 选取2022年9月-2024年2月在山东第二医科大学附属医院胃肠肛肠疾病科轮转的48名住培医师为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组24名。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组实施多模态教学策略。比较两组手术技能评分、理论知识考核、临床决策能力和教学满意度。结果 观察组手术技能、理论知识考核和临床决策能力评分分别为(92.70±3.50)分、(91.90±4.10)分、(93.50±3.80)分,均高于对照组的(82.80±4.70)分、(84.20±5.30)分、(83.60±5.10)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.236、5.925、7.147,P均<0.05)。观察组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 多模态教学策略能有效提高胃肠肛肠疾病科住培医师的综合能力和培训满意度。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of multimodal teaching strategies to enhance surgical skills in the standardised training of residents in the department of gastrointestinal and anorectal diseases.Methods Fortyeight resident physicians rotating in the Department of Gastrointestinal and Anorectal Diseases of the Affiliated Hospi⁃tal of Shandong Second Medical University from September 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study sub⁃jects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with twenty-four in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group imple⁃mented multimodal teaching strategies.The two groups were compared in terms of surgical skill scores,theoretical knowledge assessment,clinical decision-making ability and teaching satisfaction.Results The scores of surgical skills,theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical decision-making ability of the observation group were 92.70±3.50,91.90±4.10 and 93.50±3.80,respectively,which were higher than 82.80±4.70,84.20±5.30,and 83.60±5.10 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.236,5.925,7.147,all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal teaching strategies are effective in improving the overall competence and training satisfaction of gastrointestinal and anorectal diseases department residents.
