摘 要:目的 探索网络教学结合以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)在新生儿科临床带教中的优势及可行性。方法 选取2022年9月-2024年6月在乐清市人民医院新生儿科实习的48名实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(网络教学结合PBL教学模式)和对照组(传统教学模式),每组24名。比较两组学生的理论成绩、技能评分和教学满意度。结果 观察组在理论成绩、技能操作方面均较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的学生满意度为91.67%(22/24),高于对照组的66.67%(16/24),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05)。结论 网络教学结合PBL教学模式在新生儿科实习教学中效果显著,能提高理论和技能操作成绩,激发学习兴趣,满足当前临床教学需求。Objective To explore the advantages and feasibility of combining online teaching with problem based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of neonatology.Methods A total of forty-eight interns who practiced in the Department of Neonatology of Yueqing People's Hospital from September 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(network teach⁃ing combined with PBL teaching mode)and the control group(traditional teaching mode),with twenty-four cases in each group.The theoretical scores,skill scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical performance and skill operation of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the observation group was 91.67%(22/24),which was higher than 66.67%(16/24)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of network teaching and PBL teaching mode is effective in neonatology practice teaching,which can improve the performance of theory and skill operation,stimulate the learning interest,and meet the current clinical teaching needs.
