摘  要:目的 探讨基于思维导图的案例教学模式在呼吸内科带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1-6月于常州市第一人民医院呼吸内科实习的临床医学本科生60名,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(29名)和观察组(31名),分别采用常规教学模式和基于思维导图的案例教学模式;比较两组学生理论知识考试成绩,临床技能考核合格率、个人能力提升情况及教学满意度。结果 出科时,观察组理论知识成绩得分(87.63±6.85)分高于对照组(82.37±7.06)分,观察组个人能力提升评分(78.10±4.66)分高于对照组(75.87±4.89)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.929、1.809,P均<0.05)。两组临床技能考核合格率和教学满意度比较,观察组均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 基于思维导图的案例教学模式用于呼吸内科带教可显著提升理论及临床技能掌握水平,改善教学满意度,对于提升学生个人能力也有积极意义。Objective To investigate the application effect of case teaching mode based on mind map in the teaching of respiratory internal medicine.Methods Sixty clinical medicine undergraduates who were interning in the respiratory internal medicine department of Changzhou First People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=29)and the observation group(n=31)by random number table method.The control group was taught by the conventional teaching mode,while the experimental group was taught by the case teaching mode based on mind map.The scores of theoretical knowledge examination,the qualified rate of clinical skills examination,the improvement of personal ability and the results of the teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge score of the observation group was 87.63±6.85,higher than 82.37±7.06 of the control group,the individual ability improvement score in observation group was 78.10±4.66,higher than 75.87±4.89 in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.929,1.809,both P<0.05);The qualified rate of clinical skill assessment and teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the observation group was higher,and differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case teaching mode based on mind mapping in respiratory medicine teaching can significantly improve the level of theoretical and clinical skills,improve teaching satisfaction,and also have positive significance for improving students'personal ability.
