摘　　要：目的 分析2010-2023年我国医学生共情能力的变化趋势及性别差异。方法 检索以中文版人际反应指针量表(Chinese Version of Interpersonal Reactivity Index, IRI-C)测量医学生共情的调查研究,采用横断历史研究考察医学生共情的变化趋势及性别差异。结果 共纳入文献34篇。我国医学生IRI-C总分及观点采择、个人痛苦维度分与年代正向关联(β=0.436、0.425、0.597,P均<0.05),男生的IRI-C总分略低于女生。结论我国医学生的共情能力整体呈上升趋势,男生的共情能力略低于女生。Objective To analyze the changing trends and gender differences in empathy ability of Chinese medical students from 2010 to 2023.Methods To search for studies using the Chinese version of Interpersonal reactivity index(IRI-C)as a tool to measure empathy ability of medical students.A cross-temporal meta-analysis was conducted to investigate the changing trends and gender differences in empathy among medical students.Results A total of 34 articles were included.The IRI-C total scores,perspective taking scores and personal distress scores of medical stu⁃dents were positively correlated with year(β=0.436,0.425,0.597,all P<0.05).The IRI-C total scores of male students were marginally lower compared to those of female students.Conclusion The empathy ability of medical students in China was generally on the rise,with male students having slightly lower empathy ability than female students.
