摘  要:提出了一种基于机器视觉的斗轮机自动化燃煤掺配技术方案,旨在提高煤炭掺配的精度和效率。该方案通过图像分析实现煤质特征识别,利用双目视觉技术重建煤堆三维形貌,并采用视觉伺服控制斗轮机的运动轨迹。实验结果表明,该技术在煤质识别、煤堆重建和掺配精度方面均优于传统人工方法,显著提升了生产效率和掺配精度。This paper proposes a machine vision based automated coal blending technology scheme for bucket wheel machines,aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of coal blending.This scheme achieves coal quality feature recognition through image analysis,uses binocular vision technology to reconstruct the three-dimensional morphology of the coal pile,and adopts visual servo control to control the motion trajectory of the bucket wheel machine.The experimental results show that this technology is superior to traditional manual methods in coal quality recognition,coal pile reconstruction,and blending accuracy,significantly improving production efficiency and blending accuracy.
