摘　　要：由于传统的货位推荐方法难以满足现代平面库对货位分配的需求,提出基于数字孪生模型的平库柔性货位自动推荐方法。以距离最近、货架稳定性最高为目标建立平库柔性货位分配数学模型,采用遗传算法求解模型得到最优货位分配方案。结果表明,设计方法下平库柔性货位自动推荐结果符合货物高效出入库的规则设定,该方法是有效且正确的。Due to the traditional cargo space recommendation method is difficult to meet the requirements of modern flat warehouses for cargo space allocation,this paper propose the automatic recommendation method of flat warehouse flexible cargo space based on digital twin model.With the goal of achieving the nearest,highest shelf stability,establish a mathematical model for flat warehouse flexible cargo space distribution in flat warehouses,using a genetic algorithm to solve the model to obtain the optimal cargo space distribution scheme.The results show that the automatic recommendation of flat warehouse flexible cargo space under the design method conforms to the rule setting of efficient inbound and outbound of goods,and this method is effective and correct.
