摘  要:分析了分布式智能配电网的特点,提出了一种全流程、多层级的快速自愈技术方案,并搭建实验平台验证了方案。结果表明,所提技术能在毫秒级实现故障定位与隔离,在秒级内恢复非故障区域供电,SAIDI和SAIFI指标分别降低87.5%,充分彰显了分布式智能配电网的自愈优势。This paper analyzes the characteristics of distributed intelligent distribution networks,proposes a full process,multilevel fast self-healing technology solution,and builds an experimental platform to verify the solution.The results show that the proposed technology can achieve fault location and isolation in milliseconds,restore power supply to non fault areas in seconds,and reduce SAIDI and SAIFI indicators by 87.5%respectively,fully demonstrating the self-healing advantages of distributed intelligent distribution networks.
