摘 要:针对现代复杂电力系统中输电线路的动态稳定性问题,提出了一种新型抗扰动控制技术。以某750 kV变电站330 kV送出工程为案例,采用自适应模糊控制算法,结合实时相量测量单元(PMU)数据,对包含π接、多回路、新旧线路并存的复杂输电系统进行动态稳定性分析和抗扰动控制。通过建立详细的输电线路模型和控制系统开展实验,结果表明,该技术能有效提高复杂输电线路的动态稳定性,在大扰动下系统恢复时间缩短38%,暂态稳定裕度提高23%。A new type of anti-disturbance control technology is proposed to address the dynamic stability issues of transmission lines in modern complex power systems.Taking the 330 kV transmission project of a 750 kV substation as a case study,an adaptive fuzzy control algorithm is adopted,combined with real-time Phasor Measurement Unit(PMU)data,to perform dynamic stability analysis and disturbance rejection control on a complex transmission system includingπ-connections,multiple circuits,and coexistence of new and old lines.Conduct experiments by establishing a detailed transmission line model and control system,the results show that this technology can effectively improve the dynamic stability of complex transmission lines,shorten the system recovery time by 38%under large disturbances,and increase the transient stability margin by 23%.
