摘 要:针对35 kV及以下电压等级输配电线路的接地保护方案设计,提出了一种基于数字信号处理技术的新型小电流互感器。该互感器能够有效检测单相接地故障时的零序电流,并准确识别故障线路。此外,还对模拟量采样精度、开入开出响应以及选线准确性进行了综合测试。结果表明,该接地保护方案能够满足设计要求,有效提升电网的供电可靠性。For the design of grounding protection scheme of 35 kV and below voltage level transmission and distribution line,in this paper,a new type of small current transformer based on digital signal processing technology is proposed.This transformer can effectively detect the zero sequence current of single-phase ground fault,and accurately identify the fault line.In addition,this paper comprehensive tests are conducted on the simulated sampling accuracy,opening response and the accuracy of line selection.The results show that the grounding protection scheme can meet the design requirements and effectively improve the power supply reliability of the power grid.
