摘 要:传统方法在进行低压台区配电网源荷储协调自动调度时,忽略了实时负荷变化,导致电网运行效率低下并增加了网络损耗。为此,研究了基于机会约束规划的低压台区配电网源荷储协调自动调度方法。首先,确定低压台区配电网的源、荷、储电压裕度,作为调度优化的基础条件。其次,建立源荷储协调自动调度的目标函数,优化调度策略,并引入机会约束规划方法。通过求解该优化问题,生成最优的源荷储调度方案。实验结果表明,在5种不同负荷及可再生能源发电场景下,该方法显著降低了网络损耗,具有较好的调度效果。The traditional method ignores the real-time load change when carrying out the coordinated automatic scheduling of source,load and storage in low-voltage distribution network,which leads to the low efficiency of power grid operation and increases the network loss.Therefore,the coordinated automatic scheduling method of source,load and storage in low-voltage distribution network based on chance constraint programming is studied.Firstly,determine the margin of source,load and storage voltage of distribution network in low-voltage substation area as the basic condition of dispatching optimization.Secondly,the objective function of coordinated automatic scheduling of source,load and storage is established,the scheduling strategy is optimized,and the chance constrained programming method is introduced.By solving this optimization problem,the optimal scheduling scheme of source,load and storage is generated.The experimental results show that this method significantly reduces the network loss and has a good scheduling effect under five different loads and renewable energy generation scenarios.
