摘 要:以广东省某10 kV配电网升级改造项目为例,探讨了分布式电源接入对电网调度的影响,并提出了针对性的调度策略。研究结果表明,所提出的调度策略可有效改善电网的功率平衡,提升系统稳定性。在高峰负荷时段,光伏发电可满足70%以上的电力需求,风力发电在夜间可提供50%的负荷需求。在低谷负荷时段,通过合理的调度储能系统,可有效避免电压过高问题,并减少对电网的冲击。此外,调度系统的多级响应机制在应对负荷波动和突发情况时表现出色,可确保电网的可靠运行。This study takes a 10 kV distribution network upgrade and renovation project in Guangdong Province as an example to explore the impact of distributed power supply access on power grid scheduling,and proposes targeted scheduling strategies.The research results indicate that the proposed scheduling strategy can effectively improve the power balance of the power grid and enhance system stability.During peak load periods,photovoltaic power generation can meet over 70%of the electricity demand,while wind power generation can provide 50%of the load demand at night.During low load periods,reasonable scheduling of energy storage systems can effectively avoid the problem of high voltage and reduce the impact on the power grid.In addition,the multi-level response mechanism of the scheduling system performs well in dealing with load fluctuations and emergencies,ensuring the reliable operation of the power grid.
